With a presidential election on the horizon, voting is a topic that is discussed almost constantly on social media, in the news, and in everyday conversations. One important question that philosophers have debated is whether or not Americans have an obligation to vote. Logan Mitchell brought together two Sun Devils, PhD student Brennan Neal and undergrad Sebastian Miscenich, to delve a little deeper into the arguments for and against this controversial topic.
